Why do we need you?
We are looking for a great person to join our growing team as an office manager. We are looking for an organized, ambitious, and motivated new team member. You will be the go to person for all office related tasks including making the office a nice and cosy place to be. You will have autonomy in your role and be able to make a genuine impact on the office life of the team.
As our Office Manager you will:
Arrange and set up everything needed for a great office space and environment
Be our service provider liaison, coordinating deliveries and services with external partners
Work closely with finance and HR to ensure smooth operations for new and existing employees
Organise and track internal team events, activities, and budgets
Provide surprises that delight people
To do this, we believe you should have:
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Crazy good organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
A desire to make your mark on the role and to make it special
Some practical experience with printers, scanners, etc, troubleshooting small technical issues as a first line of defense
Excellent English (our company language)
The ability to speak German at a conversational level would be useful for the job, however it is not necessarily a deal breaker
