Why do we need you?
As we are growing, we need someone to effectively manage some of our performance marketing channels. This is where you come in. You will optimize and shape our UA strategy on Facebook and other display platforms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch new marketing initiatives. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will:
Take responsibility to manage our mobile UA campaigns in channels like Facebook and Instagram and ensure sustainable growth through those channels
Allocate and optimize a 7-digit budget
Come up with new hypotheses and strategies for campaigns, build a test environment, implement and evaluate their performance and adjust or scale according to your findings
Leverage analytics and reporting to drive business outcomes and channel optimization
Share reports, learnings, and best practices with the marketing team and different stakeholders, stay at the edge of developments in ‘your channels’ and frequently adjust campaigns to reflect new industry trends and insights
Drive the development of concepts and creatives, work with design, copywriting or agencies on digital asset creation to use in your channels.
To do this, we believe you should have:
A degree in business, marketing, IT or similar courses
3+ years of professional experience in the field of performance marketing, especially through Facebook and Instagram or other display channels focused on mobile UA
Proven track record in managing ROI-driven campaigns and high-scale campaigns
Experience with tracking and attribution tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Adjust, AppsFlyer), FPM’s for Facebook (e.g. Smartly, Nanigans, Kenshoo), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
Excellent analytical skills, a data-driven mindset and an independent, goal–oriented way of working. You will use these skills to optimize your campaigns on a daily basis and reach our target goals
Strategic thinking and conceptual skills, you are a creative person who knows how to build creatives for UA
A passion for performance marketing and the ambition to learn and grow into a top-notch performance marketing expert
Being a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of Excel - SQL is a plus
