Why do we need you?

We have a highly engaged, international team of currently around 70 employees from 25 different nationalities – and we’re growing quickly. This is where you come in: to ensure our HR processes remain scalable, and new team members get on board smoothly, we need you to take the lead on our administrative tasks. We are looking for someone full-time or part-time (minimum 32h) to join our team.

As our HR Generalist you will:

  • Manage our onboarding processes for new team-members – including contract setup, relocation, and visa application, and the preparation of their start day – and serve as their first contact from signing the contract to their first day.

  • Choose and implement an HR Information System (HRIS)

  • Manage our fleet of freelancers

  • Create and maintain reliable processes for recurring administrative requests

  • Be the go-to person for all kind of documentation requests (employer certificates, contract changes, etc.) and assist with legal questions

  • Support various projects in the field of People&Org by taking over administrative tasks

To do this, we believe you should:

  • Have experience in HR, and be familiar with German labor law

  • Count time management, getting things done, and attention to detail among your biggest strengths

  • Be motivated by challenges, and eager to solve issues following a systematic approach and using creativity

  • Enjoy helping people, and working together with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Speak, read, and write German at a native level, and English fluently

  • Have experience working with Excel or Google Spreadsheets
